Hi guys,

Is there any external USB box I could purchase which would accept both digital inputs from two different sources (real-time security cam and a pre-recorded alpha layer MP4) and outputs live the combination (alpha layer on top of real time video) to a video screen or projector, either straight or via a computer ?

Using the overlay features, this vMix software is capable of doing what you want.
