Hello Guys,

I need a solution to lock the play button after pushing PLAY as long as the clip will play.
Also as a half solution is to go to the biginning of the video

Any scripting or plug in.. or something?

Hello, Thanks for answer!

The project is like that:
I have a camera feed from my webcam and I have an Imput from a video with Alpha.
I am using vMix to mix bouth signals, BUT

In this project there is a user interface, so the user push a button to start tha alpha video and see the composite output
But if he push the same button again he will "Pause" the alpha video in the middle.

So what I want is to have the PLAY botton from function play/pause to play/stop or to lock it for copule of seconds intil the alpha video stops

Is it possibble?

Still not 100% clear on what it is you are wanting to do.
As I understand it, you want a 'User' to push a button to play an alpha video as an overlay on your webcam input, but you don't want the 'effect' or video to stop if they push it again, is that correct?

If yes, then this can be accomplished in the following manner:
1. Add a third blank input (Colour)
2. Use the 'Multi-View' feature of that new input and set 'Overlay1' to your webcam input and 'Overlay 2' to the alpha video input.
3. Set up a 'Shortcut' Key that will transition that third 'special effect' input to 'Live' or 'Output'. (Space Bar might be a good option for your scenario)
4. Set-up your video to 'Auto Mix' and 'Auto Play' with Transition but not 'Auto Restart' or 'Auto Pause'.
5. Starting with your webcam input 'Live', pushing the 'Shortcut' Key you selected will switch to the 'special effect' input of your webcam input with the alpha video playing on top as an overlay. Pushing the Key again will have no effect until the video has finished playing.

I hope I have interpreted your intentions properly.
