Hi,
We are planning to stream the Partial Eclipse of the sun round our school next week and while testing I have ran into an issue.
I seem to be only able to connect 25 clients to the stream (Using WMV Streaming in vMix)
Is this a built is limit or can I configure it, or even is it another problem, not any kind of limit?
I have searched the settings but cant find anywhere to increase it?
Thanks

This may help
To increase the maximum number of direct connections 1. In Registry Editor, use the tree view to navigate to the following subkey: HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Software\Microsoft\Windows Media Tools\Encoder\MaxClientConnections. 2. Edit the subkey so that it reflects the maximum number of direct connections you want to allow. The maximum possible number is 50.

I've just updated the latest version of vMix (15.0.0.85) to support 50 clients instead of 25. 50 is the maximum supported by Windows Media.
Keep in mind the network requirements when using this many connections. A 5Mbit stream will require at least gigabit ethernet (1Gbps) to work
Regards,

Thanks for the replies, I ended up streaming to YouTube so people outside our organisation could view as well.
Thanks
