Possible to specify Tally mapping for web interface besides ?key=

When the web interface for Tally lights map a specific browser to an input a URI like 192.168.1.xxx:8088/tally/?key=[some number] is called. I guess this number is the GUID for the Input. But, as have been noted elsewhere in this forum the GUID changes whenever a new Input is added.
We use cheap Android phones and tie each phone to an input. For example "Phone 1" to "Input 2", 2 to 2 and so on. And we add a bookmark to the phones Android home screen. Very convenient, but it only works for the Preset for which the bookmark was added.
Is there any other way to map? E.g. using ...tally/?Input=1" (or "...?Input=input-name").
