Crop a layer, even if it has already been cropped on it's MAIN layer. - Currently enabling crop overrides a layer's source Main Crop settings.

Please consider allowing a input layer's crop settings to NOT override the target source input's crop settings. It currently overrides any crop settings of the target input's MAIN layer crop settings. Default should allow a crop of a crop since it's outside of the target input settings.
