Windows 11 PC vMix is up-to-date

In my vMix show I am using Playlist and List. I run multiple inputs that call for video to be played from the List. Occasionally a video or if I have 2 back to back inputs where I call for video from list videos will start playing in Preview and the audio from the list will play over the scene that is live. Solved that slightly by muting the audio in places it happens but would like to know WHYYYYY?

Also with 3 or more back to back videos if I don’t separate with a camera full in between the list videos it will jump from video 1 to video 3 or 4 on the list. We have tried changing the stingers I’ve checked settings in the list. I have not found a fix all solution. I can run through multiple times and it won't happen and the next time it does. Anyone experienced this or have a fix?
