Hi all. Long-time vMix user, first time posting something I've made rather than something I've broken!!

I run a live production company and we've been fighting the same two things for years: vMix triggers are bound to the inputs and spreadsheets suck for rundowns! Cut to Camera 1 and you get the same actions every time, all show long. So if you want Camera 1 at the top of the show to bring the presenter's mic up and put his name on screen, and then want that same camera doing something completely different in the second half, you end up building a wall of Stream Deck buttons and hoping whoever's on the desk hits the right one at the right moment. On a complex show we end up making the mistakes, it's not a vMix issue it's the ALWAYS us humans! And don't get me started on google sheets/excel spreadsheets that everyone seems to be addicted to breaking then saving over, emailing to each other, never tracking versions and so on. If you've not experienced any of this, you're so lucky (or disciplined)!!

So I built a rundown where the actions hang off the cue rather than the input and all the editability and formula stuff you want in a spreadsheet is unbreakable.

You build the show as an ordered list of cues, segments, graphics, VTs, camera moves, replays, breaks, each with a planned duration. The app works out scheduled in-times and out-times from that and shows you your drift against the clock live. You run it with TAKE / BACK / SKIP, and taking a cue fires whatever's attached to it into vMix and Singular. Same camera, different point in the show, completely different set of actions. No button to remember. In fact you do have to remember "space" or setup a streamdeck button to trigger it (fully supported). We've run an entire show on one button plus the vision mix controls! It's very calming.

It's called Mission Control. Two-minute demo here: - I'll do something nicer soon but just wanted to get it out there to see if people are interested or if this is going to stay an internal tool.

I know there have been a few threads over the years asking for a cue list or a rundown inside vMix, so I suspect some of you have hit the same wall.

Answers to the things you'll probably ask:

• How it connects: the interface is browser-based, and a small bridge app runs on the machine talking to the vMix API. Control is local, so there's no cloud round trip and no added latency.
  Multiple vMix instances: yes, as many as you want, pre configurable per workspace so they're available as a drop down.
  Remote / REMI: yes. We run it that way ourselves, with the operator on a different machine and network to vMix.
  If the internet drops: vMix control carries on, because the bridge is local. What you lose is the remote commentary view advancing for anyone off-site. Tbf if you've lost network the whole thing is "a challenge" at that point
  Singular.live: cues fire Singular directly, so graphics go with the cue rather than being a separate job for a separate person.
  Multi-operator: it's live over a websocket, so director, TD, graphics and commentary all see the same on-air and next cue in their own view, with vMix tally along the top.
  Other bits: cue groups and reusable cue blocks, auto-advance, a double-take guard, Stream Deck button URLs if you still want physical buttons, and CSV/print export for the people who insist on paper.

What it doesn't do yet: there's no teleprompter/autocue. That's the obvious gap and it's on the list.

We've run 20-odd real shows on it now. The honest headline is that it's taken a gallery that needed a producer, a graphics op and an audio op down to one person doing all three. This is of course show by show but when the budget isn't there for more people or the complexity is there that you want the tool AND the people, this is the answer.

It is a commercial product, £100/month for a team of up to five, £49 for a single operator, and I'm taking on 25 founding companies at a locked price while I finish the last bits.

What I'd actually value from this forum is the critique. If you run complex shows on vMix, tell me what's missing, what you'd never trust to software, and what would have to be true before you'd put it on a live gig. I'd rather hear it now than after I've built the wrong thing!
