Frequent Overcutting at Mold Corners

Hello everyone. I'm using a CNC motion controller to machine 3D molds. I'm consistently experiencing overcutting at corners with densely packed small lines. Analysis revealed that the controller's look-ahead buffer only pre-reads 80 segments, failing to reduce the corner speed appropriately. Forced speed reduction results in vibration marks, wasting several pieces of material. Memory limitations prevent me from expanding the buffer. Are there any algorithms to optimize corner speed planning with limited look-ahead, or to mitigate this by uniformly distributing line segment lengths at the post-processing level? I'm constantly racing against high scrap rates; I sincerely seek guidance.
