Make GT Designer free and a free download, so I can make graphics on another computer without using the vMix Production Computer

It is Free as is and a license can be used on 2 machines

no and again vMix can be installed and used on 2 separate machines with the same license exactly for the purpose of preparing (like titles) without having to use your production machine installation
