Good evening everyone. I need to record from VMix in a format that allows 1080p25 and three separate audio channels (M+A+B). My PC is an i7 14700K. The recording disk is a Crucial X9 1Tera connected to a USB 3.2 Gen 2x2 port. Can you recommend some video settings? I tried a 240 MB MXF, but it didn't work. I think I expected too much from the SSD

The more you compress the lower the bandwidth requirements but the harder to decode again. On USB disks I would go for some h.265 at 20mbps. That should give you good quality for 1080p25.
