Hello all,
I'm new to vMix Replay and I'm trying to understand if the following is possible. I read several pages back and searched, but I couldn't find a topic on this: if I missed it, sorry and please redirect me to the appropriate thread.

Scenario: I'm capturing a set of replay clips from a single feed (already cut by the venue director) during a sporting event. I have plenty of time, as my events will be just played in the intermission between the periods for the game analysts to comment on, so I can easily fine tune my in-out points and choose, along with my dedicated director, which ones to use in the final package. As the workflow is straightforward (just one "camera", so to speak, that shows live game, replays, slow-mo replays and such), I stayed on A channel cutting the clips, then moved the chosen ones to a new list and select-play the proper one when called. For instance, if the analyst start commenting on a specific goal, I select the relevant events in my list (Mouse clic + shift/ctrl click if more than one) and use a shortcut to "Play Selected" I prepared on a Shuttle Pro V2. Then he starts talking about a foul, I select the clips and "Play Selected" again. Everything good so far.

At one time, though, my director asked me to add a new event to a package that was already rolling. And I couldn't find a way to append a new event to the replays I was sending to his vMix computer (he had my vMix as an input via HDMI capture card). Every time I select something else in the list of events, with mouse or shortcuts on the Shuttle Pro, the playback of the package stops. During the event I tried what seemed to be the logical thing to do (ctrl-clic on the "new" event to add it to the selection), but the result was to stop the playback, which was not ideal.

Is there any shortcut/script I might use to achieve what I was asked?

Thank you.
