My callers that use a Shure microphone such as MV7 cannot get vMix Call to retain the Shure option when they click the settings icon in vMix Call on Chrome. It works with Firefox, but their video stream looks bad on that browser. Something changed, and I am desperately trying to find a fix. Even when they have the Shure as their PC or Mac's default mic, it always seems to have a conflict. Any ideas would be appreciated.
