vMix closing unexpectedly without error message

I run 4K recording and streaming to YouTube using 4 camera inputs via a capture card.
System configuration:
GPU: RTX 4070 Ti Super 16GB (driver 596.36)
RAM: 32GB 4800 MT/s
CPU: i9-13900K
vMix version: 29.0.0.47
Desktop Video: 15.3.1
Capture card: DeckLink 8K Pro
I’m experiencing an issue where vMix closes suddenly, apparently at random, with no on-screen error message.
In Windows Event Viewer, I found the following log:
Application: VMIX64.EXE
.NET Framework: v4.0.30319
Description: The process was terminated due to an unhandled exception
Exception code: c0000005 (Access Violation)
Exception address: 00007FFD8034AA83
This issue has been directly impacting my live productions.
Has anyone experienced something similar or can suggest any troubleshooting steps or possible solutions?

Hi, Please contact support directly for us to investigate further: https://www.vmix.com/contact-us.aspxUsually this kind of error indicates a hardware fault of some kind unfortunately, but once we receive a report we can see what is happening.
