Hi all!

I am trying to learn the best way/ways to work with instant replay events focused on audio during ongoing live broadcasts.

What I am mostly interested in is methods and setups which allows me to playback and adjust in and out points in events and being able to hear the event audio while working, whithout it being played out in the ongoing program feed, where I want to show the live broadcast and its audio.

How do you set this up using vMix internal mixer vs an external mixer?

Usecase for this is for example to be able to playback an interview from earlier in the broadcast. Here getting the in and out points right based on audio is important.
