Is this title possible with data source text

Hi! I would like to create at title as in the picture linked below with name and title in different fonts from a data source which are on the same height and align together after eachother regardless of text lengths. And also has background boxes with different fills that follow text lenghts (bounded). I am struggling to solve this in GT Titles. Is it possible and if so how? Title question
