just got OMT running on RPi and was wondering a few things...
1. is there anyway to record the encoded OMT stream to raspberry pi local storage ? im assuming it would be using FFMPEG and from what i understand it needs the stream address as input, but i couldnt easily find the OMT stream address.. anyone know how to get that working ?
the FFMPEG version on my RPi is 5.1.4. ive seen references to it being updated to support OMT but its currently working as an encoder here with 5.1.4... would it need upgrading to record the stream ?
2. is there anyway to change the OMT quality being sent from the RPi ? the github page shows the commands to start the encoder and run as service but what if you want to force low/medium or high ? how do you do this from command line ?
3. Is it possible to use a single RPi as an encoder and also decoder ? i realize 4k both directions would be too much but maybe 1080p encode and decode simultaneously is not out the question ? If its not possible now this would be a nice upgrade in the future for a monitor send back to camera.
4. What does the frameRateD option in the XML settings do ?
