Steamdeck - Cannot Install vMix plugin

Hello, very new to this eco-system. I have just installed vMix and stream deck to my laptop. Other plygins can be installed on Stream Deck but the vMix plug in always returns with
'Unable to install "vMix" plugin
Try again or get help trouble shooting'
I have tried again multiple times, spent a few hours last night trying to find a solution with chatgpt, and now I am at the 'get help trouble shooting' part.
Has anyone else had this issue and resolved it.
Among other things I tried rolling back Stream Deck to several earlier version but no luck.

i had similar experiences. But maybe not so hard. I needed to do the procedure multiple times to get them finally installed. And in this back and forth ad try and error I believe finally it had something to do with the browser. I can offer remoting into your computer and see if I can spot something obvious if that helps. We are at least in the same time zone.
