Smoothing the animation of merge transitions

Is there anyway to ramp up and slow down the animation of merge transitions? In After Effects, this is call easing in/out. As far as I can tell, there is no way to refine the speed of merge transitions in vMix. Here's a sample of the animation I am trying to achieve (ignore the ATEM and Streamdeck): ?si=iwIhmkUwyfF0Zh_s&t=36
