Feature requests for Zoom Callers

* Ability to kick a caller
* Facility to use the zoom caller label for a title
* Facility to black screen on exit - like for vMix call
* Facility to adjust tiled layout (fluid) with all Zoom callers *
- This is a feature that many multi-call web-based software providers offer and it makes for easy add/removing of callers and the layout automatically adjusts. There is even open source code for this.
