Can't pick up NDI output on Magewell Pro Convert

Studio environment has NDI cameras, and a Magewell Pro Convert NDI to HDMI to feed an LED wall. vMix latest and greatest is being used, sending NDI out. NDI Studio Monitor can see it's output. Magewell does not show that PC as an available NDI source, but it does show the PTZ cameras that are sending out their NDIs.
Am I missing something with one of the NDI applications like Discovery Server or something required to make this happen? I tinkered with it, but don't know enough about Access Manager and Discovery to make any progress.
NDI discovery lists the vMix outputs. I tried turning on NDI discovery in the Magewell, giving it the IP address of the vMix machine, but no luck.

Is it the issue with NDI FB vs. NDI HX. Have you checked that already.
