GalleryUK has published a git with OMT support - https://github.com/GalleryUK/FFmpeg-OMT
But this is version 7.1

I am on Ubuntu 24.04.

Does anyone have a simple explanation on how to build ffmpeg version 8 with OMT support?

I would suppose it involves getting the binaries from https://github.com/openm...sport/libomtnet/releases and incorporate this at some stage.

The reason for asking is that I would like to try getting a live stream from my vMix over to ffmpeg and do speech recognition.
Whisper is integrated in version 8!
But since my ffmpeg installation has to support both NVIDIA graphics, Whisper and OMT - I need to build it by myself.
