Layer Tally Indicator inside vMix

Hi everyone,
I’m running into a situation with tally feedback that would be really useful to solve directly inside vMix.
When I use tally feedback in external tools (for example Bitfocus Companion), I get a signal not only when an Input is in Preview or Program, but also when that Input is part of another Input (if “Layer Tally” is enabled). In other words: indicates if an Input is in preview, or is a layer of an Input, if Layer Tally is selected.
That functionality is extremely helpful, and I’d love to see the same option available directly in vMix.
Here’s why: I often work with the vMix Multiview, where I place my main camera inputs along with a couple of PowerPoint machines. However, I also use many other Inputs for things like picture-in-picture (e.g. Camera + PowerPoint) and other composite setups.
Right now, when I send out a PiP that includes Camera 1, Camera 1 itself does not show as active (red). From an operator’s perspective, though, it clearly is active and should light up red.
It would be amazing if vMix had a global option to enable or disable this behavior, so that camera inputs (or any input) also show as active when they are live inside another input.
Thanks a lot for considering this!
