With there now being stinger 5 to 8, I did a quick test to make sure they work in the various places of the API that they're used, and I noticed some odd behaviour with SetTransitionEffect 1 to 4.

None of the SetTransitionEffect functions support a value of Stinger5 to Stinger8.

Also, separate to this I noticed inconsistent behaviour where when setting the Value param to any standard transition it's case-insensitive (so for example, Value=aLpHaFaDe correctly sets the effect to AlphaFade), but for the stingers that work (1 to 4) it's case-sensitive (So Value=Stinger4 works, Value=sTiNgEr4 doesn't work). This behaviour likely predates version 29 and only just noticed now, but as making this field case-insensitive for stingers would be a non-breaking change and fix the bug it'd be a good time to fix alongside the inclusion of support for Stinger5 to Stinger8.
