We have 6 core computer with 16 GB ram, and JMC Yuan SC510 N4 HDMI capture card. Two cameras Canon Legria C30. Camera 1 plugged in to HDMI card directly via HDMI cable, no problems. Camera 2, plugged in to 20meter cat5 cable with an HDMI extender (http://www.kabelgiganten.se/artiklar.asp?id=12115). No.2 camera is only ca 5 meters from moving preacher, and when he is moving we can see pixels around him.
Have tried to plug in camera direct to TV, no problems. Also plugged in camera direct to HDMI extender and to TV (not computer) no problems.
If you watch this video about 18 min. 40 sec and onwards you will see the pixels around him when he is moving.

Is there any settings that I should change. It seems that it is short of bandwidth.

Hello Curt

The issue is related to the bandwith. Know that the Hdmi in of a capture card is more sensitive than the hdmi in of a monitor.
Try to decrease the resolution coming from the second camera to check If the issue disappear. If it is the case I will advice to you instead of using a hdmi to cat, to use and powered hdmi extender/booster to keep the hdmi signal without converted it
