I have an Obsbot Meet 2 4K webcam that we use in the field.
I've been forced to use it only at 1080P because I cant add it as an MF device, and frame drops are obviously abysmal when the DirectX input method is used.
When trying to use the MF input method, every possible setting combination is met with "Video format not supported".
The strange thing is I can plug the same camera and cable into another machine with vMix and I can add it as a 4K MF device and it goes right in without any issue.
The ports on both machines are USB 3, and it makes no difference if it's the only USB device plugged in on the problem machine.
Field (problem) machine:
Lenovo IdeaPad Gaming 3 (AMD Ryzen 5600H, 16GB RAM, GTX 1650 GPU)
AMD USB 3.10 hubs
Windows 10 Pro x64 22H2
vMix 4K 28.0.0.43
Verified that the firmware is up to date on the Obsbot.
Any ideas?

Issue resolved.
There was a registry hack a while back to disable the MF frame server to temporarily bypass a faulty Windows update that had broken it. It was never disabled on the mobile machine that I referred to in my OP. Removing the values resored the proper MF device functionality.
