Thank you very much for the great OpenMediaTransport feature!
I wrote a small windows-player for it, link posted in 3rd party software.

My question is, where in vMix29 can I set the bandwidth to be distributed (low, medium, high)?

Outputs in vMix are set to Default quality.
This means the quality is controlled by the receivers, the highest amongst the receivers will be what it then selects.
