Hello-
Our church has vMix basic with a very simple setup. One master audio input. One Video input. And two HD camera inputs. The cameras are: HuddleCam 10x (for widescreen) and Simpltrack G2 (for pulpit).
Although the 10x widescreen cameras displays in 1080, the Simpltrack is much more like 780p (blocky and pixelated).

-I have checked input settings and output settings and they all say 1080.
-I have tried some different frame rates and still no change.
-I have opened up the Simpltrak camera in the Window's camera app and it displays at 1080 there.
-I have removed all other video inputs and plugged in just the Simpltrack and still it displays at a lower quality in Vmix. (This was to check if we were taxing the computer... but it made no difference.)
-I have moved the Simpltrack camera around to every usb port on the computer and the problem follows it with each port.
-I have have recreated our vMix setup in OBS and there they all function properly. (ie 1080)

It seems like, for some reason, this camera can not come into vMix at it's natural 1080.
I just can't seem to isolate if some setting is off in the Vmix environment? The only other oddity is when creating a new setting in vMix from scratch, and trying to use the Simpltrack camera only, it quickly freezes and does a toggle back and forth image thing... (hard to explain, but maybe you've seen it).
Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Try to change the codec of the input. Default isn't always the best option. You might get better results with mjpg or any other of the options.

Thank you so much Mavik for that suggestion! It solved the problem! Wish I asked sooner... Thank you again!
