I'm only seeing my onboard GPU in the diagnostics tool.

I'm getting the error:

D3DStartup.NewGraphicsDeviceNV12
D3DERR_INVALIDCALL: Invalid call (-2005530516)

but when I try to use the diagnostic tool my RTX 4090 doesn't show up.

I'm running a MSI Titan 18 Laptop.

I've diabled the intel graphics in device manager and I have the RTX 4090 selected in vMix.

Any suggestions?
