I allways record my livestreams for postproduction. As I have Events with up to 5 days with 10 to 14 hours each, vmix-avi is way to large to capture everything.
therefore i record in mp4 with 25mbit. For "safty-Reasons" I let vmix split the recording in 20min files so I dont loose everything when the mashine crashes.
buit this is somehow annoying with these long events. so it would be extremly helpful to get mkv container with h264 codec :)
