This all may be old news to some but "rumor" has it they are going to get into the converter business to challenge Black Magic.

Osprey has better quality cards than BM in my opinion so it will be interesting to see what they can produce when it comes to converters.

new cards for 2015:

810e = single channel DVI which can be DVI,HDMI, VGA, Component,Composite, S-Video

811e = single channel HDMI

815e = single channel HD-SDI

821e = dual channel HDMI

827e - SDI & DVI which can be DVI,HDMI, VGA, Component,Composite, S-Video with balanced & unbalanced analog stereo input. Sounds like it will come with additional 800a audio card included.

cool stuff. more options, more competition, always better

We just received a 827 for testing. Card pretty much does it all.

On a related 'new product' note. Check out the new Decimator line of converters.

Blows Blackmagic away in terms of options of the converters and for less $$$.. Another great company from down under.
