I'm setting-up a live YT stream of the International Space Station.

Every so often, the ISS loses signal & shows the below image while it is offline.

I'm just using Web Browser / YouTube Embed as the Input.

So, I want to:
1: Trigger a fade in recording when the below shows.
2: For the recording to automatically stop / fade back into the live ISS feed, whenever the below stops showing / it regains connection.
