Data source is Excel with many columns of information.

Which columns are used depends on title.

All titles share same "heading" contained in first column.

I can populate list widget with first column data.

How to then use that selection to set row in Excel sheet?

Once row is set, I can use different buttons mapping proper data to title fields, I'm just missing the middle step.
