vMix can not decode video on VLC(RTMP, UDP, RTSP,RTP) stream - VLC Player can decode well but vMix with VLC Codec for vMix can not

Dear friends,

I have a problem:
My PC: 12th Core I5 processor
Intel UHD Graphics 730 onboard video card

The VLC can decode well udp, hls steam (with video and audio) but vMix can not decode the video, it just decode audio only for the same address.
I installed vMix 24, 26,and event 28 but the same thing, no change.I change frome Window 11 to Window 10 but the same result.

But with the same soure (same version vMix) to intall on other PC (older CPU genth), the vMix work well with these stream.I don't know why? Please help me to solve the problem?

Yes, I try the current version and the previous version too but not solve the problem. I just decode the audio only.
