Hy, me again.

I want to stream video content over the web. Tell me, please, is there a special tv tunner or other softwares which I should use in addition to the vMix HD Edition?

I already have a HD camera and I would like to buy a HDMI compatible tv tunner (I understood that I would need one of these to be able to capture HD from my camera). Is there a specific model of tv tunner which should work better with vmix or I could buy any HDMI compatible tv tunner?

And I would like to know if I need other softwares in addition to Adobe Flash Media Live Encoder, which I intend to use. As for the streaming service I am going to use whispercast. What do you think about it?

not a tv tuner, a capture card, like those from Black Magic Design

which of the black magic design products would be better? intensity pro or decklink? in my country I can find only intensity pro.

Actually I would like to know if other capture cards are good too for vmix? for example avermedia. I don't have to many choices from Black Magic Design in my country and I would prefer to buy it from here.

ok. Meanwhile I found an authorized dealer for Black Magic in my country. So, all of their capture cards are good for HD streaming with vMix? I also use Flash Media Live Encoder. I am waiting for yours response.

Hi,

HD Streaming using Flash Media Live Encoder and vMix 2012 with an Intensity Pro or Intensity Shuttle is indeed possible
The quality of the stream will depend on what is supported by your chosen streaming provider such as uStream.

We can provide support for vMix 2012 itself but for information Flash Media Live Encoder or a streaming service you will need to contact the relevant provider.
