When i stream to youtube and also facebook i get messages that im not sending enough video for a steady picture. I am sending 720P and 4000 KBs to each. it appears to be working fair but i get that message that i need to change the key frame rate and it should be between 2 and 4. I saw a post from 2010 about changing it in the profile file but that is very old info. Can anyone tell me how to set my key frame rate to a 2 to 4 setting? Where do i go to make this change?
