Allow Instant Replay Sources to Respect Input Formatting/Positioning - If you have to flip an input, or other tweeks, they are not respected by replay

There are many different situations where inputs need to be modified before being handed off to replay, including flipping. Please make the new flatten layer an option to hand off to Replay sources.
