Every time I save my vMix replay instance, shut down, reopen... it does not retain any of the Replay Input assignments, transition times, nor does it allow me to change the folder assignment. These on top of the other unnecessary requirements to even start recording, specifically all of the inputs required to be active, make for a very frustrating week of productions when you realize you have to re-setup replay every time and just hope you have all your inputs active at that moment in time!
