NDI Inputs - audio dropping and skipped frames

We have 6 NDI inputs for vMix. Three cameras, 2 video from Pro Presenter 18, and 1 is audio only from Ableton Live 11.
Notes: * all machines are dedicated to their task * all machines are hardwired through 1Gbps connections * all machines are way over-specced for their task * all sources and outputs are 1080p30 * all software and OSes are fully updated
What works: All 3 cameras sources work perfectly - no dropped frames PP 18 lower 3rds feed (lyrics with alpha)
What doesn't: 1. PP 18 media feed - video in particular. More movement = more dropped frames. NDI Studio Monitor running simultaneously on the vMix PC shows a perfect feed from PP. 2. Abelton feed drops audio randomly for 2 -6 seconds before recovering without intervention. Like with #1, Studio Monitor shows no drop in the feed on the same machine.
In my mind, Studio Monitor showing a perfect feed eliminates source, network, and OS issues which only leaves vMix as the cause of the problem. Having searched through the forums, PP doesn't talk HX, and I am fairly certain that Ableton (using the VST plugin) is also not using HX, so bridge won't be helpful in this situation.
Thoughts anyone?

What NDI tools version are you on? Have you updated NDI labrary manually in vMix to match the NDI stack everywhere. Same applies for PP.

All machines have been updated to 6.1.1.
How do I go about updating it manually? Am I just replacing files in the Vmix and PP program folders?
Support suggested that I try the increase buffer for the NDI source, but it did not help.

I checked this last night, and both within vMix and PP, both are up to date with NDI v6.1.1.
On the audio side, where do you mean the sample rate? The audio arrives in Ableton Live through an ASIO USB interface so there is no sampling within Ableton Live.

How do you get the audio into vMix. NDI VST plugin, Application audio, or ASIO (no can't as Ableton is using it already). Generally you can check what audio vMix is using by clicking on the cog in the audio input/mixer

Audio flow is ASIO > Ableton Live > NDI VST Plugin > NETWORK > vMix NDI in.
