Allow more than 15 characters in GT Title layer names

The fact that I can not use more than 15 characters for layer names is a huge inconvenience resulting in abbreviation schemes and inconsistency in naming conventions when using large layouts like score boards, lists, etc that require multiplication of rows etc.
