Video and audio sync problems problems

Hi, new to VMix.
Today I recorded & streamed (Youtube) a podcast with the following setup: - Atem Mini PRO - 2 x Sony video cameras connected to the Atem Mini PRO via HDMI (no sound) - 2 x Rode Go Wireless II transmitters - 1 x Rode Go Wireless II receiver connected to the Atem Mini PRO to both 3.5 mm stereo inptus - 1 x Lenoco Yoga Y530 laptop connected via ethernet cable to a homebox (5G) - 1 x SSD disc for recording - VMix (trial)
Both the recorded and streamed video and audio were out of sync - sometimes audio before video, sometimes audio after video. The sound seems righrt when listening, but the video is sometimes faster or slower.
What could be the reason? Is there any solution, any guidelines?
Cheers

Hi. Did you see when you do streaming and recording your render time and cpu/gpu in vmix bottom bar? Are they too high? Also did you try to connect rode as vmix audio input separate as 2nd input -->rode in your pc and then vmix-->add input-->Audio Input?

nikosman88,
thnx for your help.
No, I did not watch the render time and cpu/gpu, I'm still not used to the GUI of VMix (former OBS user ;). I will try it tomorow to see the usage.
How do I add a separate audio input to my Atem? Do I select Add input --> Camera --> Atem Mini PRO and select Atem as Audio device?
Cheers!!

I mean instead of connect the rode in the atem, try to connect the rode receiver directly to your laptop and then add it as separate audio input. So Atem will send only video and audio will be from pc input. Also see if your lenovo has extra gpu like nvdia or amd, this gpu has to be seen as selected in Vmix-->Settings-->performance Also be aware that if your gpu is AMD then vmix doesnt support amd gpu (while obs support) for heavy things like streaming (hardware gpu encoding),so un-fortunatelly if your gpu is not supported, your cpu will go "crazy" and then you will not have smooth workflow

You were right! I have a Nvidia 1050 card and had to enable it! Tomorrow I will try again. To not to go trough the manual in deep, I still dont get it how to stream the Atem and the laptop line input together in VMix. Whwn I add the Atem as camera and the Rode as Audio in, it fades one into another. How do I get the Rode on top of the Atem?
Thanx for helping!!
Cheers.

Cheers. ok forget it for now and use your way. Now you have enabled your GPU try and see the results. What you say about atem and sound is possible to do. In Yt there exist many tutorials for vmix use that cover from simple to more advance use. An example

nikosman88,
today I tested your suggestion and it worked very well !! Going trough my Nvidia 1050 everything went fine, even with the sound going trough the Atem.
So thank you very much for your help, greatly appreciated :) !!
Cheers!
