vMix UTC 2023 update - Issues with NDI

Is anyone else on the 2023 version of vMix UTC and have issues with the NDI monitor being choppy compared to the 2022 version? I cant use the the 2022 version as its crashes just trying to create a button, saving, or anything else. but the NDI monitor is smooth where in the 2023 version it is not.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
