Hello! My vMix is giving me issues after I installed new software. It asked for the registration key. I entered the key. Then it said I needed to enter it at vmix.com. I entered it there. It still will not launch. Please help!

What message are you getting.
Did you go into the account and check if it was not registerd more than twice.

Only registered on 2 computers. It just keeps telling me I need to enter the key. Even as I have the screen showing I am logged in through vmix.com open on my computer.

I got it to work after deactivating it from the other computer.
