On one event we had we had some issues with the final streaming outcome (using wowza RTMP) and after some digging we found in streaming Logs that the second output actually after 21minutes of stream started dropping frames and kept going. See 01-Logs for details. Both streams were practically streaming static graphics at the moment. This happened on few more stations during a multiple-day and multiple-tracks event.

It happened again after a few weeks but the logs look a bit different, it still drops the frames in second stream (see 02-Logs, happened after 13mins), but it does not mention any "invalid DTS" or "replacing by guess" like the first logs do.

And finally we found out that if the whole project is set to 25p and we change it to 30p in master framerate settings, second output always stays streaming with 25fps for some unknown reason, even though main output is in 30fps which is correct. (see 03-Logs). But these at least stayed in constant fps. When I made the preset project in 30p from the scratch, both output maintained 30fps.

I couldn't add a .log file so I uploaded them here: *Removed for privacy reasons*

Every example mentioned had a different .vmix preset/project. This happened on different Lenovo Legion laptops, tbh we didn't find any connections between the devices that kept doing this. vMix 27, WIndows 11, 16GB RAM, RTX 3060, multiple CPUs. Custom RTMP wowza servers.

Have anyone seen this before, or anything similar? We couldn't find out either why are the frames dropping or why is the second output streaming on a different framerate. The second output problem framerate seems like is done by only changing the master framerate, is there any way to do the PAL > NTSC switch without recreating the whole preset?

Thank you for reading this.
My first post, hope it makes sense.

Hi,

I've removed your logs link as it contains sensitive information such as stream passwords.

In any case, the logs indicate something in that system is corrupt.
Specifically, there are files vMix usesto communicate the frame rates for the stream which are not able to be read properly, due to either security/antivirus blocking or a corrupt file system.
May need to reinstall Windows to resolve unfortunately.

If you need us to diagnose further, contact vMix directly and send a vMix Support Report when prompted:

Thank you very much Martin,

this helps at least a little bit, will do a bit more digging and for the diagnostics I will probably use the Support Report later on.
