VMIX Video display video freezes since upgrade to 26.0.0.47

We have had an HP laptop for about a year and a half; we noticed recently that videos are freezing after we upgraded to VMIX 26.0.0.47. We have since downgraded to 26.0.0.46. however, this hasn't resolved the issue.
We are using 2 PTZ cameras. We have reset the camera; while checking the camera outside of VMIX, there are no issues. It only shows whenever we launch VMIX software even before we start the streaming.
We are using an HP Gaming Laptop
Windows 11 Home
AMD RYZEN 7 5800H 3201 Mhz 8 core 16 logical
16 GB RAM
it also comes with an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 Ti Laptop GPU
VMIX 26.0.0.46

Hi. You can send to vmix support for your issue. My personal user opinion is that maybe a crap update in windows 11
