Windows 11 html5 on browser input runs at half speed - Seems to be a different from Win 10 as regards browser frame rate.

We have a couple of dozen VMIX's running the same profile, some Windows 10, some Windows 11.

Noticed recently that VMIX running on Windows 11 was running HTML5 (Javascript games) at half speed. In other words the frame interrupt is occurring at half speed.

The solution was to set the master project rate to 50i instead of 25p.

On Windows 10, the browser frame rate detected seems to be 50 or 60 irregardless of the master rate. Hopefully we can live with it being 50i.

I'm not sure at the moment if this was because of a Windows 11 update or was always wrong.
