Auto transition didn't work a few times, the video just stopped when the event was over.

At the moment the replay will not transition out if it was already in the output before the event started.
Could this be the case for you?

Yes, I think so.

I created a bunch of events, played them one after another and manually switched between them. That must be the reason why it didn't automatically fade to the preview, after the last event was over.
