Does anyone have access to the back ends and willing to give a bit of insight to the interface?

I've not had to manage the back end of either and have an upcoming job where they'd like me to monitor stream health, comments etc. and wondered if anyone can give me a bit of a heads up with in a videocall / or if I share my email they might be willing to share some docs/images.
