This is working great, however, a few important telestrator changes are desprately needed:
1. the CLEAR ALL (trash can icon) button is small, and in the middle of two other buttons...it is way too easy on a touchscreen to press the wrong button...that super important button MUST be bigger and by itself so it's easy to press often, and without mistakes. I think this change needs to happen before I'll be able to deploy the telestrator in productions.
2. an option to switch the laser pointer to bright green would be great for some situations, like our use case where the red is barely visible on our projection, but green would show up great.
3. it would be nice to have an option to predetermine the size of the images being placed...whether it's one of the built in numbers or a custom image, sometimes having to pay attention to how big it is would be annoying when the presenter just wants to put it on the screen quickly and easily.

Could you setup an onscreen shortcut to CLEAR the screen? Also an ability to move things around, for example if I place an image or draw something live I can't move it. I have to clear and start again. Or am I missing something? Thanks.

I just tried to do the update to 28 and I keep getting the Code 5 error. It says"An error occured while trying to replace the existing file: DeleteFile failed; code 5. Access is denied." I am the admin on the computer and I am installing it as the admin. I've never encountered this error before doing updates. Thoughts?

Me too! The program keeps giving me an error that says "Underlying Connection was closed and an unexpected error occurred on a send". I could download the new version but it looks like a new installation if I go that way I'm afraid it will install a fresh program. and reset all my settings! it took me forever to get all the settings right in the old version!!! I paid $60 for the update only to have the same problem! I'm so frustrated. I've been fighting this all week and I need it tomorrow. I was not getting any sound and or choppy sound! I just dont get it!!

Please contact vMix support directly, as this is a community forum and generally these sorts of queries can only be answered by vMix directly. https://www.vmix.com/contact-us.aspxThat said, this error is likely due to a) a very outdated Windows 10 installation, make sure all the latest Windows updates are installed or b) 3rd party antivirus/security blocking the connection from vMix necessary to register.
