We use zoom and the quality we send back to de guest is in very poor quality. We have that output in HD and in the ZOOM app settings the video is allowed in HD, but the image is not clear. Can any help? Thanks

Thanks Have you used the statistics tab in Zoom to verify what is being sent is 1080 or at least 720? Just because the HD checkmark is checked doesn't mean that it's actually being sent that way. Have another participant in the meeting pin the output from vMix, then go to settings, Statistics. The incoming video feed will report what is being sent. You may also need someone to make their physical Zoom window large enough to demand HD. If everyone is viewing Zoom in small windows and gallery mode, then there is no demand in Zoom for HD and it will default to 360 or 480p. Do you have the account that is hosting the meeting provisioned for HD? You have to request that from Zoom to actually get HD back and forth. Then you have to go into your account settings in the web portal for Zoom and turn on HD, and turn on 1080 etc.
