Hi everyone,

I’m facing a problem with my SMTAV IP PTZ cameras, and it’s something I haven’t seen before. I couldn’t find anyone experiencing the same issue in any forums either.

Here’s what’s happening:

I set up and save the desired movement positions for the cameras, and everything seems to save correctly without any errors.
However, when I call the cameras through my preset template, they don’t return to the saved positions as expected.

an important detail, I believe it is not a defect in the cameras, because in obs studio it works correctly
